The Danish Nanotechnology Network
NaNet is a relatively new nanotechnology network established by the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
The purpose of NaNet is to build bridges between the Danish industry and research institutions within the area of nanotechnology. The intention is to create growth and innovation for existing and future players within this area.
The vision with this knowledge network, NaNet, is to advance the Danish high technological expertise within this field. As it has been the case with IT and biotechnology, nanotechnology contains the potential of a new industrial revolution, a revolution that is bound to affect all areas of business.
NaNet’s intention is to establish a platform from which we can create the necessary focus and facilitate the utilization of this technology on all levels of society, from research and education to industrial application and development. Thus, we wish to help optimize the benefits this new technology can offer the Danish society and industry. |
